[PATCH 7/9] platform/x86:intel/pmc: Use DEFINE_SHOW_STORE_ATTRIBUTE macro

DEFINE_SHOW_STORE_ATTRIBUTE() macro can be used for the ltr_ignore
attribute for better readability.
