Yes I believe that you are right can you please send a MAINTAINERS patch
dropping the:

M:      Perry Yuan <Perry.Yuan@xxxxxxxx>

line, leaving the:

L:      Dell.Client.Kernel@xxxxxxxx

line as the primary contact for the "DELL WMI HARDWARE PRIVACY SUPPORT" ?
