Ideapads for "Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro 1370" and "ZhaoYang K4e-IML" do not
use EC to switch touchpad.
Reading VPCCMD_R_TOUCHPAD will return zero thus touchpad may be blocked
unexpectedly.
