Should the "CONFIG_COMMON_CLK" configuration item be turned on by default in Linux/x86 6.0.0?

Hi,
I noticed that in the recent new version of Linux/x86 6.0, the configuration item "CONFIG_COMMON_CLK" is turned off by default, while it was usually turned on in previous versions, is there any particular reason for this? Or has it been forgotten?

Thanks!
