I believe this is missing a depends on PCI (like the CONFIG_AMD_PMC has),
this seems to be necessary since this call pci_get_domain_bus_and_slot()
and a bunch of other PCI functions.

I will fix this up (added the depends) while merging this (assuming I
find no blockers in the other patches).
