The "MELLANOX HARDWARE PLATFORM SUPPORT" is maintained as part of the pdx86 tree. But when Mark and I took over as new pdx86 maintainers the "MELLANOX HARDWARE PLATFORM SUPPORT" MAINTAINERS entry was not updated. Update the entry now.
