[PATCH v3 09/13] efi/apple-properties: use PROPERTY_ENTRY_U8_ARRAY_LEN

Let's switch to using PROPERTY_ENTRY_U8_ARRAY_LEN() to initialize
property entries instead of poking into the structure directly.
