[PATCH v1 platform-next 0/3] Mellanox: add new features for next generation systems

This patchset:
- Adds CPLD4 register for exposing CPLD4 version through sysfs.
- Adds UID LED configuration
- Fixes "fan_dir" attribute from "write only" to "read only".
