I found the solution.
Its necessary register on_tx_request callback and get in callback function the "From" header from pjsip_tx_data and add the new param in from_hdr->other_param.

Subject:  It's possible to add a new element to from header with pjsua?
I need to add an "epid" tag in the "from" header in REGISTER, INVITE and SUBSCRIBE header to make it compatible with the siemens persistence system. Is this possible with pjsua?

Example:
From:15615299502<sip:15615299502@10.232.3.110:5061>;tag=1906573633a04221a22cf7f26df32989;epid =SC123456

Is this possible with pjsua?
Thanks in advance
