BUG: Extended stats wrong ( jitter min,avg,dev) pjsip 2.9

Hi,

in short, by comparing the average, minimum, and deviation you can see that the extended stats are wrong !

Since i want to use the XR stats on linux the overhead is negligible.

The BUG is quite obvious though.
