Can you apply patches from the Ring project (instant messenger)?

Ring messenger keep a lot of patches for pjsip: 
https://github.com/savoirfairelinux/ring-daemon/tree/master/contrib/src/pjproject

This makes it very difficult to build ring, because it requires to 
rebuild pjsip with custom patches which isn't easy to do on ex. BSDs.


Are you able to apply these patches?
