The main issue is that PJSUA still listening at SDP RTP ports despite the pjsua_set_null_snd_dev() call :

...
udp        0      0 0.0.0.0:4000            0.0.0.0:*                           6061/pjsipua
...

 How to disbale this ? I need only custom SDP negotiation - no RTP
listening, no media hardware involved.
