Long time between "initializing media" and setting up RTP/RTCP ports?

Hi All,

On an incoming call I see a long pause before the ports are set up for the media. So much so that the calling client times out.

The delay is repeated for the second stream and seems like it could be a timeout of some kind.

Any thoughts on this? Is it possible to pre-allocate the default ports for audio/video to avoid this?
