Second sound device

Hi,
I do not want to connect the calls together. I want receive one call and
play sound to PA loudspeaker and the other call must connect to personal
mic/speaker.

i want:

call #1 <---> sound device #1
call #2 <---> sound device #2

calls don't communicate with each
