You are right. However, after consulting the code author, it is
actually on purpose to maintain the default iOS/MacOS latency, rather
than applying PJMEDIA_SND_DEFAULT_REC/PLAY_LATENCY (perhaps rather
high for iOS/MacOS standard :) So meanwhile, we'd suggest you to
explicitly call pjmedia_aud_param_set_cap()/pjsua_snd_set_setting()
after instantiating audio dev stream to change the latency. Sorry for
that and thanks for the report+patch.
