Hi Remo, Yes. You can in fact do exactly what you want. Run pjsua on two different machines 1 and 2, say with IP addresses 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.2, then 1 can call 2 (and vice versa) by making a call to sip:192.168.1.2 without any username. Machine 2 will receive an incoming call that can then be answered normally.
