Hi all, Supposed A sends SUBSCRIBE (presence) to B, whenever B online status changed, B should send NOTIFY to A. As this link explained https://lists.cs.columbia.edu/pipermail/sip-implementors/2005-March/008463.html, when B PUBLISH its online state to server, it will not send NOTIFY to A, because server do it on behalf of B. The problem is 1. When B don't send PUBLISH to server, it does not send NOTIFY to A, too !!! 2.
