SIP PBX with PJSIP

I would like to have something lighter than asterisk and that can also be
cross platform, linux and windows.

I suggest you take a look at the latest development version of Asterisk
(12).
They implemented a SIP channel driver using PJSIP. You might get a few
pointers there...
or even end up using Asterisk...
