Thanks RobertT, Mel, for the effort. A note on Visual Studio, don't bother with 2010, just go straight to VS2012 on Win8: - Import works, it automatically ignores the Windows Mobile stuff. So no hand editing needed. - It's what's needed for Windows Phone 8 SDK anyway. So easier for porting efforts. Thank you.
