basic pjsip query

Hi All,

    I am newbie to P2P, NAT, STUN,..etc technology.

    I need a library to communicate among processes (Linux, Mac, windows,
and mobiles) across networks. One of my colleague suggested pjsip P2P.

    Is it right library to communicate processes for file transfers across
networks?
