I'm not sure how to solve that since my toolchain is completely separated from makefile toolchain of pjsip. It's integrated to NDK .mk files facitilies. So when I use static libraries and link, it's directly inside the rule for a video dynamic library that contains everything for video. So slightly different approach. All I can tell reading logs is that in your case seems something with the order of static libraries inclusion. So in your case, maybe something to see in the order of swscale and avutil. However, if you really want video on android, would be way faster for you to start to study how it's made in csipsimple as for now video for android is not yet integrated to pjsip code. In your builds you are still missing video renderer/capturer for android. You will probably realize that later once everything built... but when you'll realize that... I fear that you'll also realize that all time you spent before was useless and finally start having a look to csipsimple integration of video for android. It's possible to get things working directly from pjsip but will require a lot of building/coding to get how everything can go together and have something working.
