Hi,

There are many public stun servers available.Try this
www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/STUN  for details.
Also for turn,your can try reTurn in the resiprocate project.
Wish this can help you.

BTW, pjnath library work well even if two UAs in the same private network
are behind the symrmetic nat firewall or route,
you can make call peer to peer successfully,no turn server needed.
