LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'dsound.lib'

this issue is always hard to debug without seeing your folder structure.

try putting the full path of the lib file, once that works then you can
work on the relative path.

try this in your library reference. C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft
DirectX SDK (June 2010)\Lib\x86\dsound.lib
