Looking through the mailing list archives for a solution, I did see one, but it seems cumbersome and extremely time consuming. After reading over that sore solution it occurred to me it since the goal is merely the library we want, why not just download VS 2008 Express and install in a few minutes, which is free? While 2010 does not support Windows Mobile, it does support Windows Phone (has to be added). And it is integrated in the VS version 11 (in beta now).
