Hi Richard,

This is a CSipSimple question, not really a pjsip one.

You should
1 -  read the HowToBuild wiki page of CSipSImple project :
http://code.google.com/p/csipsimple/wiki/HowToBuild

2 - post any question you may have after you follow instructions of this 
wiki page to the CSipSimple developer google group.(the link is on the 
howtobuild wiki page).
