transport=UDP in acc_check_nat_addr

Hello,

I've attached a patch which prevents adding 'transport=' to the contact URI if the transport is UDP when doing a unreg-reg due to acc_check_nat_addr finding a NATed address. This was causing issues with a proxy which wasn't expecting to see 'transport=UDP'.

The patch is a quick and dirty fix, there may be a nicer way to accomplish the same thing.
