PJSUA 2.0 alpha2 answering with video.

Hi Fedot,

Possible cause:
- wrong account used for making the call
- video offer sent but rejected by UAS/Linphone for many reasons, e.g:
codec mismatch
- failure in opening video device
- etc

Anyway, please try to use 2.0-beta instead, lots of enhancements and
bug fixes, also some video API changes.
