Answering your questions:

1. Where do you define USE_GUI??

>> you define USE_GUI on config_site.h, thus : (Re)Compile pjsua with
USE_GUI defined.

2.  What doe this step mean : Create Android project from apjsua and run
it.

>> you could see
http://developer.android.com/tools/projects/projects-eclipse.html as a
reference to creating an android project on eclipse.
