no-vad cause issue..

Hi List,
Currently im using iphone app pjsip 1.8.10 (also tested on 1.10) if --no-vad is defined in cfg when "pjsip A" press "HOLD" 
on the "pjsip B" there is very bad music, in the log i can see lots of this lines

if i change "pjsip b" and use "hardphone b" there is no music.
and if i remove the line --no-vad in the cfg,
"pjsip b" and "hardphone b" i can hear the music clearly...
