alter the SDP

I believe one can change the individual attributes in the PJSUA SDP session
in the endpoint.c file under pjmedia? Is this correct?

if so how? Its not clear to me. I would like to alter some of SDP? For
instance remove the c= or some of the a= ....

Does anyone know how in some detail so a novice can learn
