ARM and Endianness for iOS

I had a problem with this when I was including the headers/config files into
another project.... I couldn?t find a place to put it ?cleanly? (the native
project built with detection working fine, but any other project that
linked/included the config.h type files didn?t work)... I just rolled the
change back so I could keep going :-)
