Invalid sample rate

I am testing the pjsip software v1.12 for use it in an embedded system with
a computer board from VIA and, when I run the pjsystest program the next
error appear in the test 01: Device Test:

The computer board run Linux OpenSuse 11.0 and the processor is a "VIA Nano
processor U1700 (1.3GHz Capable)" Intel Pentium Compatible

Somebody knows about the cause of this error is and how to solve it?

Do you need more information to handle this error?
