It's quite easy. I sent a post previously, but didn't spell out exactly what to do. Now I'll just tell you exactly. First when you build pjsip you need: ./configure CFLAGS=-fPIC CXXFLAGS=-fPIC make dep && make Then the python extension will build just fine.
