There have been some significant improvements as well as important bug fixes done on this release, please see http://trac.pjsip.org/repos/milestone/release-1.10 for more info. After this, the development of 1.x line will move to a separate branch: https://svn.pjsip.org/repos/pjproject/branches/1.x. The svn trunk will be reserved for the development of 2.0 version.
