Unable to create sound port: Unable to find default audio device streamutil

 Hello,

I solved the sound problems on my ubuntu x64 machine:
You "need" the following packages (sudo apt-get install xyz):
-binutils
-binutils-dev
-libasound2
-libasound2-dev
*-*libasound2-plugins
-alsa-utils
-pulseaudio
-libportaudio2
-portaudio19-dev

Maybe I do not need all of them, but with those packages I could not only
get my devices listed but also run them.
Only some times there are weired problems with opening wav files - but this
could have some other reasons as well.

I hopy I could help you solving your problem.

Regards
Matthias

I am running ./streamutil --recv-only and I get the next problem

stream.c Unable to create sound port: Unable to find default audio device

I don' t know what is going on.

Jorge
