issue during execution of pjproject1.10 in windows-xp

Hi all,

            Hope you all doing well.I got an issue during execution of
pjproject1.10 in windows-xp.
            During execution of pjsip(simpleua.c) I got output in the comand
prompt screen as

Is this simpleua.c is meant for only to recieve call?If yes then which
source code is meant for generate the call?
or it's the final one,then how to make use of it,I mean in command prompt
how I will perform this operation?
Can anybody explain it in detail.
