Error compiling latest trunk code for iOS 4.3

Hello,

This should fix the issue:

     if ((param->flags & PJMEDIA_VID_DEV_CAP_OUTPUT_WINDOW) && 
param->window.info.ios.window)
         window = (UIWindow *)param->window.info.ios.window;
