PJThread register fails when I unplug/plugin head phones

So, it is a bug then? Should I give CoreAudio a try? If so, how do I tell it to use CoreAudio? The echo cancelation stuff, I just leave it as default if it's enabled and set ec_tail_len to 0 if it is disabled. I do not notice a difference with the echo when I change that higher or lower. Yes I am on 10.6.4 if you needed to know.
