Disable iOS Multitasking at runtime

Hi Maunil,

Unfortunately at the moment, PJSIP doesn't have the feature to disable
multitasking at runtime, however you can visit Apple's doc:

http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#documentation/iPhone/Conceptual/iPhoneOSProgrammingGuide/BackgroundExecution/BackgroundExecution.html

"Determining Whether Multitasking Support is Available"

to do so.
