PJThread register fails when I unplug/plugin head phones

I reconfigured pjproject-1.8.5 without CoreAudio (the old way, with
portaudio) and I see the same behavior: there are lines with
"underflow" and the sound stops when I'm plugging or unplugging
headphones. The rest is the same as in my previous letter.
