The SIP server can differentiate and route based upon any header sent by your User Agent. For example you can add a new header in your PJSIP SIP UA: Remo: VoIP client for Windows Mobile phones Then check for the presence of the Remo header in the SIP server (by configuring it properly) and take a routing decision based on it.
