Is the patch you mentioned the one for "PJMEDIA_AUDIO_DEV_HAS_LEGACY_DEVICE" ? I haven't been working with pjsip for long, but as far as I came to understand, this is mostly a hack to use a "deprecated" API? Anyway, any words on official support would be great.
