STUN And ICE

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Dear Benny,

Thanks for pointing out. But actually i did not miss that. Actually i am
facing problem when i am testing it from behind NAT (Not all places where
NAT is but only one specific place)

1- Xten works in the same NAT.
2- I am using stun.xten.com as STUN Server.

If i make call from a public IP network. In SIP INVITE i see X-NAT:0. But
when i make call from a the specific NAT i am talking about, i do not see
any header with X-NAT. In this case no SIP Responses reach from SIP Proxy
reaches symbian_ua client.

Is there any way i can look more into this issue?..may be by specifying Log
File name in Init function of symbian UA?....what does it mean if i do not
see X-NAT in INVITE message?

Regards,

Manoj

The STUN setting is source code is located right on top of the USE_ICE
declaration. How could you miss that!

      Hello,

How can i enable STUN and ICE in symbian_ua ?...I tried to do it by
setting flag Use_ICE = 1 but i think its not using STUN. In SIP Log i can
see X-NAT = 0. That means type unknown i hoped it would print symetric NAT.

      Please suggest?

      Regards,

      Manoj
