Subject: Unable to send initial INVITE request

hi all
i work on enabling TLS on symbian with pjsip , when i try simple TLS
connection  i got this error message :

"Unable to send initial INVITE request : Unknown error when performing
SSL connect () (PJSIP_TLS_ECONNECT ) status = 171168

can any one help me
