Windows compilation issues - odbc32.lib

Hi sthusto

I'm prefering you linux to use.
Use should at first run .dsw file
After you should open the solution file.
after all you should create an empty header file named config_site.h
But I do now know if it will work with vs 2005. I could not make built
the project at vs 2008, so that I'm using ubuntu for it.
