I would say to not even think to make it working on Symbian 7, it's too old and crap operating system that does not support full-duplex audio. Maybe 8.0/8.1 (Nokia N70, 6630, 6680) are still somehow decent and can do full-duplex audio streaming (even if without any kind of priority and with unsupported and with high probability of kernel crash API).
