Replacing Sound driver

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hai,

We are planning to use PJSIP and develop ATA (analog telephone adapter).

ATA required an FXS interface (legacy telephone), and for this we have
bought digium AEX800 card. This cards supports 4 FXS ports and 2 FXO ports.

Drivers for this Digium are implemented using ioctl system calls. Can I
replace the sound drivers (on-board) used in pjmedia (for LINUX OS) with
this ioctl functions?

Lakshmi
