Sample Apps

Hi,
    I am handling T.38 SDP at pjsip-ua api level. And I also patch
pjsip for async re-INVITE handling, not use on_rx_off directly.
    I sent my sampe codes to others offline before.
    When I am free, I will try to write a tips.
