RTCP sender report has rtp timestamp of zero

Hello,

Does anyone know why the rtp timestamp field (pjmedia_rtcp_sr.rtp_ts)
of the RTCP sender reports is always zero with pjlib 1.0.1.. Is this
an oversight or by design? Could/should it not be set in
pjmedia_rtcp_build_rtcp()?
