Sipek AEC problem

Maybe sipek didn't enable echo cancellation by default. Just a guess.
You can have a try pjsua, make sure to enable echo canceler at cmd
params. It works well when I try my sipua DLL at windows XP/Vista.

You may also take a look my customized code when I get a repository to
put soure code.
